Our main focus is feature films as well as the format we believe most effectively exploits our ethos: short film. In the last ten years shorts films have given infinite possibilities for young filmmakers and established directors to express themselves outside the mainstream industry. We believe short film represents creativity regardless of lack of resources or the limits of the industry.

Referents of the like of Eduardo Chapero-Jackson, Nacho Vigalondo, Borja Cobeaga or Sam Ortí made possible the consecutive organization in 2009, 2010 and 2011 of two-weeks showcases containing the best of Spanish short films -including BAFTA winners, GOYA winners and OSCAR nominated titles-.

Feature films we have concentrated on authors deserving special attention  as well as those who could channel the public’s love for cinema. Homages to figures of the like of Luis Buñuel, Javier Bardem, Federico García Lorca or Luis García Berlanga are recent examples.

Thanks to these projects, we have established collaborations with local entities -Filmhouse Edinburgh, Mcrobert Arts Centre in Stirling or the National Galleries of Scotland in Edinburgh have also hosted our events.
